CHAR @ FREEBIRD'S - 7/31/10

Tonight Char had a double set at Freebird's 5-7 pm slt. Not only did the First Lady sound amazing, but she looked absolutely stunning! We adore Freebird's and are sad to hear that the venue will be closing. Next Saturday, August 7th is the last night the venue will be hosting events. Be sure to drop in and help Freebird's go out with a bang. It's an outstanding venue and we're always disappointed when we hear a good one has to close. We wish Ceri nothing but the best with her future endeavors, she is a remarkable woman. Love Ceri's Freebird's!

CHAR @ PRAIRIE SUNSET SALOON - 7/30/10

It was a quiet night at Prairie Sunset, but we had a wonderful time with friends. Char looked lovely in her favorite color, dancing with the oh so cute Danielle Caeran. Prairie Sunset is currently offering quite a few daily events at various times, be sure to drop in and check them out!

CHAR @ BERRY PATCH 7/28/10

Wednesday's Luau was a lot of fun, thank you for joining us! We were all entertained with wonderful live performances by Charndon Kass, Scotty Glasswing, and Norm Goldshark. The lindens are holding most of the photos from the event hostage, some are being wonky and won't open. Will definitely share them if they ever open properly.

Next week the event will be Wednesday Hoedown - so cowboys saddle up and be sure to bring along those cowgirls!

CHAR @ ACE'S - 7/27/10

We had a great time at ACE's tonight! Char sounded just as amazing as ever! The mascot Rusty was full of useful information; really cute! If you haven't stopped in at ACE's yet, you should! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great; and they may even have some homes available for rent on their beautiful sim. Hope to see you tomorrow at the Luau!

CHAR @ DUMPLING'S - 7/26/10

Christmas in July at Dumpling's was everything we hoped it would be and more! The venue was wonderfully decorated and everyone was in the Christmas spirit. There's even rumor that there may be New Year's in August! Dumpling was rockin' the trivia; earning herself the Empress title! Congrats Dumpling!

We had a fabulous time at Freebird's. The artist following Char didn't show and she graciously filled in. Fortunately for us, we received a double-dose of Char tonight! CHAR @ PRAIRIE SUNSET SALOON - 7/23/10

We had a great time at the Prairie Sunset Saloon tonight! It was wonderful to see and catch up with friends/fans we hadn't seen in awhile! The club is off to a great start for being a new venue to second life, be sure to check them out and show your support!

We've come up with a plan for Wednesdays. We all need a little pick me up to get over the hump of the week. So our home venue; the Berry Patch will have a triple feature on Wednesdays. Charndon Kass 5-6 pm slt. Scotty Glasswing 6-7 pm slt. Norm Goldshark 7-8 pm slt. Next Wednesday the theme is luau; so wear your hawaiian print, swimwear, grass-skirts, etc. for a chance to win 750L, + coin shooter will be going. Sure to be a blast. Wednesday is our fan day! Come party with us!

CHAR @ WHISKEY RIVER - 7/22/10

We had a wonderful time at Whiskey River! Every week at Whiskey River we follow the amazing Lance Windlow; if you haven't heard him, you should! He is a fabulous entertainer! Char was belting out our favorites and teasing us with a few of those oldies we love! I can't wait for the CD to be released!

The Southern Country Club has closed its doors, leaving us with Wednesday's open. We're working on something special for the fans. Something to help us all get over the hump of Wednesday! More details to come as we pan them out. We're bummed to see Southern Country close its doors, but we had a lot of good times over the past year! The venue will be missed by many, I'm sure!

CHAR @ ACE'S - 7/20/10

We had a fabulous time at ACE's tonight. It was great to see so many participating in the trivia. Char's sound/pc issues have been fixed and the sound was spectacular! The First Lady is definitely staying on top of her game!

Are you ready for Christmas? I know it's months and months away, but Dumpling's is hosting Christmas in July on the 26th. So Char - break out the Christmas tracks! (I keep forgetting to tell her... Well - she's the First Lady; I'm sure she'll come up with something by Monday!)

I'm also looking forward to the release of Char's next CD - oldies! No pressure Char! ;)

CHAR @ DUMPLING'S - 7/19/10

We had a great time at Dumpling's tonight with a wonderful group! Dumpling has made some small but impressive changes to the building structure; it's beautiful! The club hours have shortened for summer, but Dumpling's still has a lot of great events going on. The morning DJ sets are the perfect pick-me-up to get the day started! Dumpling's serves the freshest coffee and doughnuts in SL! Be sure to drop by, you won't find a better group of people to share your company with!

We had a wonderful time tonight at Freebird's! The club is up and running at the new ocean view location; Ceri has done a fabulous job with the venue! Combining new and old elements to make the new location still feel like the original Freebird's home. If you haven't dropped in yet, you should! Phew! Still catching my breath from the last set. We were kickin' up our heels tonight at the Prairie Sunset Saloon! We had a fabulous time with friends and fans! You guys are the best! The Prairie Sunset Saloon is a new venue with lots of potential; sure to be a success! Drop in and check it out, they currently host a mix of live music as well as DJ sets.

CHAR @ WHISKEY RIVER - 7/15/10

We had a lovely time at Whiskey River again this week. We even managed to squeeze a smile out of the First Lady while she sang; Char was absolutely glowing! Zy was serving the drinks and Dixie was our wonderful hostess. It was great to see the fans both old and new; we can't emphasize this enough! You truly are amazing!!

CHAR @ SOUTHERN COUNTRY - 7/14/10

Tonight Char sang at the opening of the fabulous Golden Lion Hotel. Char had a wonderful time with the fans, as always! The Golden Lion Hotel is an astounding ten story building with everything you'd want a hotel to offer; including a penthouse suite! Mica Breen built the structure himself; featuring an elevator for easy navigation. The new hotel is an impressive structure of many added to the Southern Country sim in Dark Star. Definitely check out the sim, you won't be disappointed and you never know what you'll find!

After a long weekend - We all missed Char! It was good to have her back and she brought the house down at ACE's with a few emotional ballads. The crowd couldn't compliment her enough. Brixton Canning, a fellow artist; even referred to Char as the Queen upon taking the stage! No doubt - The First Lady is back! We love you Char!!
