CHAR @ ACE'S - 11/29/11

We had a fabulous time over at ACE's! The First Lady was stunning in a red dress! She belted out all of our favorites and requests along with her newest track she's been working on; White Liar! We had a lot of wiggles and a few giggles! As you can see by the photos, the ACE's sim is beautifully decorated! Currently the venue is not accepting personal donations, everything donated will go toward giving the gift of Christmas! If you or someone you know is struggling this Christmas you can apply at Toys for Tots, as well as send direct personal donations to the cause! If you donate to one of the vendors in SL, you will receive a CD featuring a variety of SL artists! We've uploaded Char's contribution and you can now download the Pretty Paper track to the right on the blog here. We'd like to thank you all for coming out and spending the hour with us, it was wonderful to see friends we haven't seen in awhile! Char loves you!

If you're interested in having a collection jar at your venue or making a contribution of your time, talent, etc. - Rocky & Shannon are the people to get in touch with! CHAR @ HEAVENS TEARS, T4T - 11/28/11

We had a wonderful time over at Heaven's Tears! Char was stunning in a gorgeous blue dress! She sang all of our favorites along with those mushy ballads we love! Check out Babien, who knew he was so talented?! The venue is beautifully decorated for winter and Christmas! Tonight was a Toys for Tots Benefit - it was so nice to see so many of you come out to join us! Thank you for being so generous, we can't thank you enough!

Heavens Tears hosts a variety of live music weekly, be sure to drop in and check out their schedule! The venue has a ballroom feel with a laid back attitude - no fancy dress or suit, no problem! Their only request is that you have a good time while you visit!

We had a fabulous time over at the Hillbilly Palace Char was beautiful as always and belted out all of our favorites! We had some trivia competition and some great wiggles! Be sure to check out the Hillbilly Palace! The decor reflects the name very well. It's a cute country venue with a relaxed atmosphere! Brewery casks, a pool table on the porch, and a few broken down vehicles out in the weeds! Elegance meets Hillbilly and you have a great combination for a good time. The decor is tasteful and simple, no lag! Be sure to check them out in events, they're hosting a variety of DJ and live music sets!

Tonight we had a Toys for Tots benefit over at Winds Country Rock & Blues; we had a blast! The First Lady was stunning in a beautiful burgundy dress! There was a bit of trivia competition and lots of wiggles! We'd like to welcome the new members to the group, we hope you don't take any of the banter in group chat too seriously - we're just here to have fun and we hope you make some new friends in there too! Winds Country Rock & Blues hosts a variety of DJ sets and attire contests daily! Every third Monday of each month is dedicated to live music! They feature a little of this and a little of that; something for everyone! We had a fabulous time over at the Purelife Lodge! Char was absolutely glowing! She sang quite a few of the new songs she's been working on. If you haven't been to a Char show recently, you should definitely head over in the near future! We had a great time wigglin' and gigglin' with all of our friends, it was nice to see some of you we hadn't seen in awhile! Toys for Tots is something that is near and dear to many; there isn't anything they wouldn't do for the kids. As you can see Rocky over at ACE's was willing to don a pink thong for a generous donation to Toys for Tots. Thanks to Lin Ochs, that's exactly what happened - blame Lin! Char finally got some back up dancers - Char dudes! Don't worry Rocky Hillburton & Brixton Canning wiggled plenty enough to keep warm out on the ice! We can't thank you enough! CHAR @ UP THE CREEK - 11/11/11

Tonight we had a fabulous time Up The Creek! Char was gorgeous in a deep burgundy dress! We had a big goal - raising money for the tots! We had a small crowd but between Lin and Char matching donations; we managed to raise an astounding 60k in an hour! Thank you so much for coming out and donating so generously, we couldn't do it without your support! Lin & Kira have also donated gift cards for the Toys for Tots auctions we'll be hosting in the very near future! We hope to have more info for you on Monday! If we don't see you at the set on Saturday - have a great weekend!

Up The Creek is a live music venue established on the Houses For You sim. They provide entertainment weekly, featuring some of SL's best entertainers. Check out SL events to see who they'll be hosting next! The Up The Creek venue does not accept personal donations - everything donated goes to charity, they're currently hosting cancer research but we expect they'll also be hosting Toys for Tots in the very near future! While you stop in, be sure to shop around - two sims covered in a variety of homes from smaller cabins to mansions, as well as commercial buildings! You will also find; Garden Center, furniture, home decor, rugs, framed art, ponds, bridges, indoor and outdoor plants & flowers, trees, and lots more!
